When your machine goes down — or a Saturday outruns it — we deliver across Winchester, Front Royal and Northern Virginia. Same day or next day. We do everything we can to make a customer's requested time frame.

What we deliver

  • Bagged ice — 20 lb bags, 5x filtered, standing weekly slot or as needed

  • Emergency ice — machine down, or a run on the weekend

  • Clear cocktail ice — hand-cut 2″ cubes, tall rocks, Collins spears and spheres.

  • Freezer space — loaner merchandiser, chest freezer or freezer trailer on site

We carry it in and stack it in your walk-in or empty it into the bin, at no extra charge.

Pricing

  • Bagged ice — $0.30/lb, 200 lb minimum

  • Delivery — $15 Winchester and Front Royal, more for other locations

  • Emergency Ice — $0.40/lb plus $50 dispatch

Standing deliveries

Most of our accounts run a fixed weekly slot — same day, same quantity, no phone call. Text us the day before if the number changes. We invoice through QuickBooks and can send a W-9 and certificate of insurance for vendor setup.

Where we deliver

Winchester, Front Royal, Strasburg, Luray, Berryville, Purcellville, Leesburg, Gainesville, Haymarket, Warrenton, Martinsburg and Charles Town. Counties include Frederick, Clarke, Warren, Shenandoah, Page, Rappahannock, Culpeper, Loudoun and Fauquier, plus parts of Prince William, in Virginia — and Berkeley and Jefferson in West Virginia. Outside that, ask — for a large enough standing order we will usually make it work.

Tell us your volume, your delivery day and your storage and we will put together a standing schedule. Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm.
